Adopt>All parksAdopt hectares or square kilometres in any of more than 77, 000 protected areas throughout the world:
- the park may be one you know or near where you live,
- your donation and guardianship contribute to an open park fund which is advertised and can be bid to by the national parks authority or conservation projects who wish to work in or around the park,
- you vote on which of the successfully submitted bids is funded in a particular year,
- receive updates on the progress of the work.
By adopting in a park of your choice you are
contributing to a open park fund which conservation, development and community organisations can bid to. You vote on which is funded in a particular year. If no bids are received for your fund in a given year you can choose to divert support to one of the priority parks.
You can adopt using Google Maps, Google Earth browser plugin or Google
Earth. Choose the option that suits you best either from the menu or
the links below.
